A wonderful person

I only had the chance to work with Mike for a short time, and then he was on his way to bigger and better things. Mike touched my life in such a profound way I cannot express in words. He introduced me to different types of music and most of all he taught me to expand my expectations of myself. Mike always had time to offer words of advise and encouragement even after a 12 hour shift.

When he left Michigan I thought of him often, we E-mailed back a forth for a while however like a lot of us we lost touch because, I guess we both got too busy with our families and careers. I have spent time looking at the pictures on this site and I am feeling such pain and a tremendous sense of loss.

Mike, I know in my mind that you were chosen to leave this world to move onto a better place. However my heart says it was too soon!!! You have touched a lot of people in so many ways. I can only hope that you know how much we all cared about you!

Yvonne and Anthony, I am so sorry for your loss!! There are no words that can ease the pain that you are feeling. Please take strength in the fact that so many people cared about Mike and in turn care about you. You will be in my thoughts and my prayers.
